Gina & AJ had a beautiful October Carlyle on the Green wedding. Gina’s transformation into a stunning bride began early in the day at the home of her parents. From there we headed to St. Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Center for their 300-plus, guest wedding. Cocktail hour began at 7:00pm which gave us a lot of time on location at Carlyle (see the video clip above). The Reception was 8:00 – 12:00 and their amazing Reggae hour rounded off a perfect day from 12:00 – 1:00am. There were a lot of things that we will never forget about this wedding. Imagine the blessing of having six Grandparents at your wedding. Not only did Gina & AJ’s Grandparents attend but we truly enjoyed watching AJ’s 95 year old Grandfather dance with Gina’s 92 year old Grandmother. WOW! What we captured that day was a very important moment in history. It was magic. Pedestals created a magnificent floral atmosphere while East Coast rocked (literally) the night away. We enjoyed working with Anthony Vazquez Photography. He’s great. Thanks again for visiting our blog. DMS Video Productions.
We recently received two amazing letters… one from Gina & AJ and the other from Gina’s Mom. It was an honor to collaborate with such a great couple and their families. We wish them all the best!

Jaime & Michael had a truly magnificent Carlyle on the Green Wedding. Two hundred fifteen guests were invited to their beautiful September wedding. Since this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience they decided that their ceremony would be oustide, at night, under a sky of stars. Jaime and her parents arrived at 3:30 pm and finished getting dressed at Carlyle. Michael arrived at approximately 4:15pm. As is tradition in a Jewish Wedding, the Bride & Groom seeing each other for the first time is a very important moment. To contrast, Christian couples many times see each other for the first time during the processional, although nowadays that isn’t always the case. You can see an image below of the moment just before our couple saw each other. We then began using the grounds to capture some beautiful still images and video footage. We always advise our couples that the more time they give us to shoot video and photos, the more creative we can be. We all agreed this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience so it was important to create something truly amazing! Jaime & Michael’s bridal party consisted of six bridemaids, five groomsmen, one flowergirl and two ring bearers. The entire bridal party was an absolute pleasure to work with. As the saying goes, “Isn’t Fun is the best thing to have.” One of my favorite sayings made by Dudley Moore in the movie Arthur (lol). The invite was set for 7:00pm with a 7:30pm Ceremony. 8:00pm was Cocktail Hour with the Reception going from 9:00pm-1:00am. And the only way to finish an evening like this was with Carlyle’s amazing Reggae Hour from 1:00-2:00am. The evening’s entertainment was provided by Hank Lane’s Riverside Drive who also provided a Flutist and Pianist for the processional music. The first Dance song was a beautiful rendition of the Edwin McCain classic, “I could not ask for More.” The ballroom was beautifully decorated by In Full Bloom Florists. DMS Video Productions and Camelot Photography Studios were honored to have been chosen to document their once-in-a-lifetime event. Their outside September Ceremony was simply breathtaking as was Jaime (Michael looked pretty good too). We wish them all the best as they begin the next phase of their lives together.
